As Human Being’s we need time to be at peace with ourselves. Yoga directs the body’s focus and energy inward helping us reconnect to how our body feels and where our minds wander. Yoga brings us to a peaceful state of gratitude and awareness. It’s a time to create a space for reflection, peace, prayer or meditation in one’s everyday lifestyle. Yoga should be respected but most importantly we should enjoy our practice. It can be as simple or as difficult as we appease. Ester’s soothing voice and adorable accent, as well as being elegantly graceful and thoughtful in her teachings, guide’s us to a space where fear dissolves if one is willing to openly embrace it.
