Meditation

This meditation focuses on the physical awareness of our backs. When we communicate with the world around us we do so with the front side of our body; facial expressions, voice, heart and belly. Whereas our backs represent our individuality and will. By focusing on the feeling in our back we can better ground ourselves and remember our own presence throughout the day.

Enjoy this short meditation to feel the body and re-connect to the support system of our bodies.
